SUPPORT
Need help, or want to report something? Email contact@dnatechbase.com. We read every message and normally reply within two working days. Abuse reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Reporting a player
In any arena, scroll to the Safety panel below the play area. Every other player in the room has a Report and a Block button beside their name.
- Report asks you what was wrong — an offensive drawing, name or message, harassment, or something else — and also blocks that player for you.
- Block immediately hides that player's character, their drawings and their messages, including the spoken version. You can undo it from the blocked list in the same panel.
If something needs a faster response than the in-app report, email us with the room's game code and the display name involved.
Your account
You can play without signing in. The game creates a guest account for you on first launch so your name and progress are kept.
- To keep your progress across devices, open account from the main menu and link Google, Apple or an email address. Linking keeps everything you have already made.
- To delete everything, use Delete my account and data on the same screen. It removes your account, the lines you drew and the rooms you created, and it cannot be undone. Full instructions are on the deletion page.
Common questions
- The hero will not move. Each level starts with a drawn door in front of him. Select the eraser and rub the door out to release him.
- My drawing does nothing. Shallow lines are floors and ramps; steep ones act as walls. A very short line drawn next to the hero becomes a stick in his hand instead of ground.
- I cannot find my friend's game. Use Join with a code in the lobby and type the six-character code from their screen. Codes leave out letters and digits that are easy to mishear.
- The game will not start. The first launch needs an internet connection to set up your guest account. After that, single player works offline.
- There is no microphone button. Voice commands are a desktop-browser feature. The phone and tablet apps never record audio and request no microphone permission.
