In the app

1. Open Doodle Stick.
2. On the main menu, tap 👤 account.
3. Tap Delete my account and data.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you have been signed in for a long time, the app may ask you to sign in again first; this is a security check required before an account can be deleted.

By email

If you cannot open the app, or you no longer have the device, email contact@dnatechbase.com and ask us to delete your account.

Send the request from the email address linked to your account if you have one. If you played as a guest, tell us the display name you used and a room code you played in, so we can identify the right account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials, including any linked Google, Apple or email login.
• Your display name and chosen country flag wherever they were stored.
• The lines you drew in game rooms.
• Rooms you created, including the room name.
• Your match results, and your player record in any room you joined.
• Game settings saved on your device.

What may remain, and for how long

• Abuse reports. If you were reported, or you reported someone, we keep that record for up to 12 months so that repeat behaviour can be recognised. This is necessary for the safety of other players and is kept to the minimum needed.
• Other players' data. A match record written by another player may name the account that was involved. We remove what we can reach; anything left is deleted on request.
• Backups. Copies held in routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 90 days.
